The Railroad Ticket Office - part2
Work has coninued on the railroad station for the town of Serenity. I have built up the washes on the walls using a buff colour and gradually lightened it. I have added a shingle roof - using "Warbases" ready cut shingle sheet - it's certainly £2 well spent. The roof has has a terracotta colour bases and dusty drybrush.
The platform area is built up with washes of various brown shade the are painted onto the planks

The Railroad Ticket Office
MWith the Cowboys due to have a run out shortly I thought I would have a root through the pile of stuff that I still have to complete , and I found this Sarissa Precision MDF kit . It's a fairly simple build , took about 30 minutes to assemble. It's had a base coat of hairspray to help seal it and reduce paint absorption, and a first coat thin coat of a light sand colour.
I don't really like the look of the roof so I will add a shingle one to give some more texture.
